I have around 7 years experience in handling the Talent Acquisition and Training&Development faculties of HR department at Thyrocare Technologies Limited. In this time I have worked on Training planning and execution, initiated Thyrocare's Earn and Learn program which works on recruiting underprivileged youngsters and enrolling them into higher education while they work. Was also incharge for reducing attrition by improving and working on employment engagement activities and ensuring continuous growth and development of the staff. I have also worked on recruitment planning and execution, initiating recruitment in different sources, managing recruitment and training budgets.
I have trained and recruited staff for various levels from Trainees and assistants to Managers, Consultants and General Managers. I have knowledge of development and implementation of HR policies and I am a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008.
I have a proven track record in coaching, training and adult learning. I also take up free lance projects on the weekends to keep myself updated on the response to the various teaching techniques for basic English and personality development programs.
